Full of freshness and flavor, this recipe for apple, crab and cottage cheese remoulade with lemongrass is astonishing.
It can also be served as a salad for a light meal or as a starter for a good meal.
Ingredients for 4 persons :
- 125 g of white cheese
- 3 apples Granny
- A lime
- 1 box of crab Romanov
- 1 piece of stalk lemongrass
Apple, crab and cottage cheese remoulade with lemongrass
Finely grate the apples and sprinkle them with lime juice.
Mix with cottage cheese, pepper and stir in the crumbled crab.
Arrange the remoulade in four cups. Cut the lemongrass into four small sections, plant them in the cups so that the lemongrass infuses gently.
Keep fresh until ready to serve.
